The Synthesis patcher with the PerMa addon (Synthus Maximus) works just fine though, I'm currently (8/6/2023) running a game with PerMa, Complete Alchemy and Cooking Overhaul, Complete Crafting Overhaul Remastered, Immersive Weapons, Hunterborn and Apocalypse and everything is working together just fine.
